Mother nature can't make up her mind. It's 40 degrees, windy as can be, and spiittng snow.
I took another truckload of boxes to the dump and saw a whole bunch of Trumpeter Swans in a field on the drive there. I was told they were rare and I have seen a few here and there over the years while in the backcountry. I have seen 150 to 200 of them over the past week or two.
Bonus was the truckload of boxes cost me a whopping 5 bucks to drop off at the dump.
