They retired that program and its been replaced by commercial software that is new and improved.

people worry about what the Government has on them sadly private industry has way more of your personal info and habits than any Govt database. Back when I was doin investigations I used a commerically available system to find peopel that didn't want to be found. It was way better than anything we had access to. The amount of info was just crazy.
