I don't mind staying busy. I kind of enjoy manual labor. I just wish I had been able to do it a few years ago. My kid is clumsy by nature and tends to damage stuff unintentionally. I just quit fixing everything right way because I knew she would destroy it again. LOL, that is why I didn't bother to get new carpet years ago. It's absolutely unintentional on her part. But if she can break or spill something she will.

As I repair stuff she is forbidden to go near it. I may have to plastic wrap a path through the house until I sell it.
