Well, Y’all know I am a big fan of the Karambit blade style, the hooked blade and the ring. I have several, 6 if memory serves, and my fave is a total piece of Chinese junk. Course it was only $12.00 but I expected it to at least hold an edge through a piece of typing paper. Nope, can’t even get it sharp enough to make just one clean cut. Why is it my fave you ask, well…

It is what I call a three finger Karambit. Meaning (in the traditional Karambit hold with the point down and facing outward) your second finger goes through the ring and the rest wrap around the handle, whereas on a traditional one, your index finger goes through the hole. Plus it is shorter than a traditional one. Thereby making it easier to conceal.

As I said, we shall see.
