Ray, Glad Y’all are safe. Yeah the wife will be a lot calmer when she has to recover her breath. You might want to have a special “coffee” go bag. You could already have it pre packed with some supplies and a small solar generator to power your equipment.
The coffee go bag was the first bag I made. I have roasted and green beans, 2 Emberlit stoves, a Jetboil type stove, 2 Bialetti Coffee makers, an Aeropress, 2 handmade Italian coffee mugs, and 2 unbreakable coffee mugs. Makes a nice fairly light pack that I can carry to help out my wife so that she can carry the big 70 lb go bag with all our food, water and stuff.
