I got it assembled and fired up. Everything seems to be working as expected.
That's one less thing for me to worry about this winter. We now have a way to have electricity and more importantly, heat for at least a few days if the power goes out in the winter. Which if the amount of outages we have already had this year is an indicator. It's highly probable we will have at least a few.
Now the waiting game for the install of the transfer switch for the house.

About an hour after I typed this, the electrician called and they are coming by to install the transfer switch tomorrow.
