A few years ago they implemented new laws in Canada in regards to Class 1 and Class 2 precursors for making meth.
Since the company I work for sells class 2 precursors (paint solvent) I went to the 2 day training session that Health Canada was hosting.
It was a very informative 2 days, but oddly almost the entire first day was devoted in how to make Meth.
I could have walked out of there and set-up a meth lab just based on what they showed in the seminar.
They also had some big-wigs from law enforcement there, one story I loved was this guy that was busted with 5kg (12 lbs) of meth and the chemicals to make anther 20kgs in his lab.
He claimed it was just for personal use
