I will eat a little of the Turkey. My fav is the Skin! I have a hard time swallowing the turkey, it's so dry. Now after it's cold, mix it up into turkey salad and the whole bowl will be gone in 5 minutes!
my favorite is next day white meat sandwiches with mayo, a little salt and pepper
