CS makes one in that range, sort of, called the Steel Tiger. I've got one and it is nice, but actually to big to carry unless it's open carry or military. It's got a 5 inch satin blade and it is NEEDLE sharp point and the rest of the edge ain't to bad either.

Seems to me from what I have been reading there are just a few really good ones. the Emerson, Fox, 511 and now possible the Ontario EOD Ranger. The first two you can get in fixed or folder.
