Technically I own a browning 25 and a FN 380 BUT I did not have a RPAL when they were given to me from my uncle, so we registered them in my brother's name.
They were then classified as prohibited weapons, so my brother has been grandfathered and allowed to own them, but he cannot transfer them to me.
