Not sure that would convince the local judges, but you never know out here in the West.

I was pulled over for speeding in Wyoming (was barely speeding, guess he was in a bad mood) and the officer asked if I had any weapons in the vehicle. I told him there is a handgun in my waste band and when I asked if he wanted to see my CCW permit, he said no it isn't needed in Wyoming. I was shocke. No permit to conceal a pistol!! Sweet.

After a lengthy conversation about that law or lack of one, he returned my Glock and let me go without a ticket. Accidentally handing a military ID when they ask for a drivers license is always a good idea out here.
