Made a kick butt venison chili for dinner with a nice homemade salsa verde and tortilla chips. Last night, I cooked up some venison chorizo I made earlier this summer with sf45acp and made a delicious cream of butternut soup to offset and compliment the spicy sausage. I've eaten well the past two days. mmmmmm.......
