One of our neighboring agencies has a Domestic Violence Order that we needed, we were out with the guy and he had the female with him. They told us that they didn't have the DVO file there and couldn't verify it.

That's a BIG no-no. All NCIC entries have to be verifiable 24/7, meaning they should be in their dispatch office.

Problem came to be that both their dispatchers were brand new and didn't know where the file was.
