Honey Chai 1 1/2 quarts water 2 cups whole milk 2 cinnamon sticks 1 teaspoon ground cardamom 1-inch piece gingerroot, sliced 1/2 cup honey 12 black tea bags or 1/4 cup loose black tea
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, cover and cook on high until hot a steaming (do not boil) about 2 hours. Remove tea bags and gingerroot with slotted spoon; turn heat to low to keep warm for serving
Variation Make recipe above, substituting green tea for the black tea and vanilla soy milk for the milk. Sweeten with 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey

I think I'll stick to getting it from the coffee shop LOL. I think our grocery store has it in tea bags too.
