it is a really nice spot. there's another lake o the left and a couple camping areas off of there. they have trailer and primitive camping. a couple nature trails and boat launch to the river. all of this a 15 minute drive from where i stay and i'm just now knowing about it. plan to spend a good bit of time out there now though.

I hear you lazi. I was born and raised around here and didn't know anything about Mingo until Patty and I started going out there about 11-12 years ago or so. Sure would liked to have seen it 40-45 years ago.
