1903 Enfield. Good luck finding an m14. Best to just get a Springfield m1a. Not cheap though.

Yeah thats it the enfield. Looked like a fine gun
My first hunting rifle was a lee Enfield in 303 British

What did you think of it?

How do you like the 1894c?

Like I said earlier I am going off of research on it ... no first hand .
First off I don't like military rifles a 12 lbs rifle isn't fun to hunt with, did it as a kid, don't plan to do it again
I did also have a lee Enfield sport model and wish I had one now
The 1894c I bought used about 20 years ago, I have never shot 44 special through it. It has always functioned well except it didn't like cheap pmc ammo
Not the most accurate rifle I have owned, but it is fun to shoot
I recommend them as a fun gun that you can hunt with
I have no personal knowledge of this but I heard that qc has gone down since Remington bought marlin
I heard this as well and also have been researching better years of production so I can buy one used.

JYD # 156. Looking forward to the FDM Franken-Dog Mauler
