I asked Tom to send mine to David Brown, had another order at the time, and asked Dave for the thin kydex, I think .063, It's light and for a knife this light and thin I don't need anything sturdier.
I'd imagine that whenever I'll have it out with me I'll have a bigger thicker knife with me too.
