Everyone always says they settle down when they turn 2. So far, Franklin was mellow from day 1. Vickie really changed abruptly when she hit 3 1/2. Bertie kinda slowly wound down starting around 3 1/2. You probably have another year or so, at least that seems to be the case with the sporting dogs, herders, and hounds.
