Here's a pic from my last visit. Fried bananas are a delicious street food using these sweet bananas. Actually on my way to Chiangmai, Thailand. They made these bananas into super thin chips and and flavored them with everything you could think off.
I stayed away from the street cuisine...but should I return there (hoping I do), I'd be more adventerous.
