I don't actually know. Probably a lot depends on what else he has going on right now. I would think that he would grind one up, to the whole heat treat thing, POSSIBLY put a Res-C handle on it to test it out which could take quite a while as he beats the shot out of it. Then he would get feedback from others I would think and then the tweeking, ordering steel, testing out (possible) alternative heat treat processes and then put it out for us to slobber over and order. I'd say probably at least another <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/2weeks.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
