Anyway, the 38 case sounds great. Don't worry about a lanyard, I want it to take up as little space as possible. I'll figure out some way to attach a lanyard of some sort, UNLESS you want to try and drilling a hole the case and rod near the case rim. I would just then run a ball chain through it so I could then attach a longer lanyard If I needed to.
HOPEFULLY I'll be able to get that Coleman 533 stove today at the flea market, IF IT WORKS! I know the owners pretty well so hopefully they will let me take it outside and see if it will light and burn without leaking.
