my computer got wiped out by the blade forums virus a couple weeks ago. i just got my laptop back and I am Pi$$#ed off. the people I payed to take the virus off said that no files would be lost. I get my computer back a week late and the only things left are mozilla fire fox (a web browser), mozilla thunder bird( email) and my Itunes acount. there was nothing left of the last for years of pictures and documents. even the windows vista progaming is messed up. I am not good with tech and I just want to shoot the dang thing.
