Boy I just hosed another one. Guy was arrested in another county. Got a message requesting court and bond information. I sent the info back to them. I got a message saying he bonded using the info I sent. When I pulled out ALL the papers in the warrant packet out fell a second warrant I didn't know about!

Already sent an email about my screwup to the supervisor (who won't get it until Monday) and wrote a note to the court. I'll call the Chief Deputy in the morning to see what he says.
