My aggravation is there is still some swelling so I don't have full use of the muscles causing a limp. I have freakishly strong legs but tis had to work on any type of cardio with the limp. I think it will take way longer to get back to where I need to be. I was originally led to believe I would be running again in three weeks. I talked to the PT and he said If I start running again nect week it will be very painful and likely re-injure the knee. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />
