been wanting a 1894c for a couple years now. just seems like a good all around rilfe to fill the gap between .22 and high power rounds. anything from raccoons to deer out to around 75-80 yards from what I've read. iron sights and a slim light package. plus you can top off the mag easy so it's just the gun and ammo you need. lots of ammo choices and shared ammo with a handgun.

and there was a really cool looking stainless steel marlin with a rail on top at one time. think the price jumped pretty good on that one though.
