when I start up again I plan to keep some prepped food in the fridge to keep me going without tapping out my groceries for the week. learn to make salsa and bean dip. prepare a lot of rice dishes that will keep me going when I want to snack.

but I'm stupid happy I got fast food and soft drinks out of my diet. I never was much of a snack buyer so chips and cookies and that kind of stuff was never really around. im even way back on alcohol versus 2-3 years ago. I think if I can make exercise a habit then I should be able to keep this streak going. never been in a hospital for more than a few hours for anything. again I'm knocking...
