I'm having knee surgery next month. That should put me out of commision for at least 3 weeks.
Only three weeks? Check with your Dr about any exercises to do now before the surgery that will strengthen your knee to prepare you for therapy. Good luck from someone who's had three major surgeries withen a years time.
