I got a chance to use the 7-11 a bit today. I used it to knock down a chunk of firewood for kindling. I batoned a healthy piece of pine down to 1/2 inch shingles and then down to 1/2 inch sticks. Worked like a charm.

I think this thing will be the blade of choice for a camp knife this year.
