He claims that he was tightening the clamps that hold it in place and sheared the bolts off. I don't believe him, but I told him that it had to be fixed before he could drive it anymore. He's down at the barn now trying to figure it out. I'll weld it back on Saturday if he doesn't get it fixed by then.
