I'm like you, I May not use all my knives, but the ones I have MUST be able to be used for what ever task I need. I Would NOT use a Randall for say a screwdriver or to short across leads to make an electrical contact. OR as a shovel or prybar.
I probably wouldn't use ANY of mine for most of those things. I'm probably too easy on mine.
