They are also decreasing the amount of the police men. There are now about 7500 police men in Finland and that number includes all the comissioners etc. So the amount of men in the streets ...or roads... is really too low. If I remember right Finland has the lowes number of police men in Europe! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" />
