In all honesty, I don't need a DF. Most of my chopping is on stuff in the 1/2 to 4 inch at the most range. The SOD would work for this, although not as quickly as the DF. PLUS a lighter blade would be easier (as in more apt to actually carry it) than the DF. I just wish that I could have gotten in on the B10 or B11 bandwagon, actually the B10 I think would have been probably my Ideal Chopper, Size and weight.
