Haha, the other 10,000 were probably so fed up with the politicians they just gave up. THAT is how things get worse, by the good people NOT speaking up.
Well for us, if you don't vote, and are a registered voter unless you're overseas, have a medical certificate or other legit excuse, you get fined!
