funny thing is I started working out some last year and after about a week or so into oneI got up to grab something to eat. I was pretty hungry and pretty much wiped out everything I had in the kitchen for that whole week.. forgot about the whole metabolism thing and the fact that I was goning to need more fuel if I was going to be burning that much more energy. sad but true...
