I am down to one. Bertie likes being an only dog, where previously she was one of three (and briefly one of four). I will get another at some point, but no real rush.

Our standard poodle when I was a kid would always position himself so he could observe everyone in the family, or at least the door to where they were. This caused a ton of tripping over him at night, but he never changed his ways.
