I normally do, but patty (we were both cutting tomatoes over the same pan) said she would be happier if I had just a tad shorter bladed knife, so I grabbed one that had about a 2.5 inch blade on it and just laid the scrapmax down on the counter with the tomato juice all over it. Just wasn't thinking, but no biggie.
