In a 10 inch Cast Iron Skillet I put two GOOD teaspoons full of bacon grease. Opened up a can of yellow Hominy and dumped into the skillet liquid and all. Salted and Peppered it and fried it up until it thickened up the way I wanted. Man was it tasty. Try it, you'll like it. grin
