The guys I rode with were all riding enduro bikes with 170/160mm of travel and I’m keeping up with them on my trail bike 130/120mm travel but I definitely rode max of what my tire/suspension combo can handle today. I crashed once because my stock maxxis forcaster XC/trail tire washed out on a curve. Luckily it wasn’t a fast one and I could just dust myself off.
