If you don’t have a full face mask, your mouth could be open and the air will come out of your mouth causing a dry mouth. If you have a big mouth, that would make it worse. In any case, the machine sometimes needs a period of acclimation. Don’t give up on it too soon. It has made a big difference to me.


The mask covers my nose and mouth and I do get a good seal. I know it is probably just acclimation problems and will probably go away, and like I said I do feel more rested in the mornings. I'm just old and kinda resistant to change, specially changes that take me outside what I am used to. Yeah I'm an Old Curmudgeon.
