Howdy. Another Dr appointment today. He won’t be happy with me. My A1C is 7.2. I kinda fell off the wagon. But I am gradually climbing my way back up there. Lost three pounds so that is a start. Just gotta keep reminding myself to stop shoving any kind of food I want down my face.
