Definitely a deep cycle battery, and if the price isn't much higher I would opt for a 750 watt power inverter. I have several sizes around here and used my 600 watt inverter to watch our 32" television when we were in the basement during severe weather, along with an L.E.D. four foot light. Definitely comforting when rough weather hits our area.
