Well MB, looks like you dodged another one by moving out of Kolorado. It seemed that the court has now reinterpreted a 2000 law and has now decreed that if you so much as hand someone a gun it is now officially a firearms transfer. It specifically states if you violate this law you are subject up to 6 years in a federal prison and a $500,000.00 fine.
