Morning yard!

Happy St Patricks day!

What are your plans for the day?

We are having my wife's family over for my typical St Paddy's meal tonight. I have had 3 corned beef roasts on since 4 am and a boatload of potatoes. I firmly believe they have to cook at least 10 hours to be at their best and 12 is better. I'll throw some cabbage on top a couple of hours before dinner and then make a few loaves of soda bread to round it out.

My sister in law was trying to pay me to cook her some. I just had her drop off her slow cooker and she can bring it back with a whole roast and potatoes after dinner. It's got to be the easiest meal to make but she swears hers is no good.
