Now for the good news!

As of today, my wife can retire with full benefits and a little higher retirement than we originally planned. She had been given some inaccurate information and that was fixed today. She thought she had to work for another year. So we can all move together at the same time. We were planning to buy a house and the runt and I would move in June or July she would follow in September.

Now we can retire at the same time In January, Or I will retire shortly after.

We are fast-tracking packing and house repairs and hope to have the house on the market within days of retiring.

I managed to find a large cargo trailer that is reasonably affordable and I don't have to travel more than 500 miles to buy. I am in line to get a 24 foot 8.5 foot wide 7-foot ceiling enclosed trailer I'm hoping it will get here in December. Unfortunately, I can't put a deposit since the prices are changing due to materials costs. But I'm first in line. My plan is to use it to move and then convert it into a camper/toyhauler once I'm done. It will be an interesting retirement project. Basically, I'm rolling the cost of the move into a base for my camper project.

I'm pretty happy that we can see a light at the end of the tunnel. The only thing that will extend my retirement is if I'm not healed up yet. LOL, I'm not leaving until they fix what they broke.

Now to time it right to find the right property to retire to.
