I had my eye surgery pre-op yesterday and I don’t have to worry about the more expensive lens. Doc said I didn’t meet the criteria needed to get the more expensive lens that I would have to wear glasses anyway, at least for reading so there wouldn’t be any need for me to fork out 42 hundred bucks out of my own pocket when a less expensive set of glasses would accomplish the same thing. I did wait until I left his office before doing my happy dance though. Something they should all be thankful for.

So the game plan is first eye surgery on the 18th on my left eye (the worse one) and post op on my right eye on the 23rd with surgery on Dec 2nd. I may have to change my name to Eagle Eye. Nah, just kidding the forum would be lost without it’s smelly old critter.
