One step ahead of you Ray, She is organizing my supplies and straightening out the shelves so loaded with items, and doing a good job too! She is actually enjoying doing this for me, and I'm glad she is familiarizing herself with all the prep items. She asks me about anything she is not sure of or how it may be used, which is great. I want her to be able to take care of things in case I get hurt ; she did a fine job when I had my knee operations.
