Well! Just put a pot of Chili in the crock for tonight’s peanut brittle makin session.

Some good friends or ours goes to anAssembly of God church ( poor misguided folks ).

We go out there fairly often and really enjoy the folks and services (we’re Baptist). Anyway their church is in bad shape as it floods about every couple of years. They are wanting to build a new church and are starting fund raisers. It’s gonna take a lot of effort as they only have about 25-30 members, and Patty and I have even started giving part of our tithes to them. But a nicer set of friendly, caring folks you’ll never meet, and they have kinda adopted us Baptists as members of the group.

Wish us luck dogs as this won’t be the last time we will be joining them in their quest.

I guess if Missouri passes the recreational Marijuana Amendment we could bake cookies.
