We have a 2011 Subaru Legacy. It has been great. Reliable, low maintenance and does incredibly well in the snow. That one is going to my daughter. I wanted to keep it as a beater commuter work car, but my wife wanted the kid to have a reliable car.

She had bought a piece o junk and then put a bunch of money into it to make a semi reliable car. If it starts it might get you there. But it looks like she should be selling meth and weed in a 7-11 parking lot.

I'm a fan of Subaru just not the outback. If there is an outback on the road when I'm on my motorcycle it will probably try to kill me. Double that if it has Washington plates.

It doesn't get much more Red neck than here. Plenty of these things on the road here. Because they are practical.
