A nice lazy Sunday. It's still way Hotter than it should be here.
I decided to Smoke some cheeseburgers, then top them with some smoked pulled pork and caramelized red onion. That stuff is fat kid crack. That's the first time I have smoked cheeseburgers like that. Low and slow. It worked out way better than I had expected.
Other than that I had gotten a good deal on a belt system and set it up for one of my newer duty guns. Simple setup, made to take a beating and retain everything.
