The SCA's (Specialty Coffee Association) guidelines to achieve the Golden Cup standard is 1:18. One gram of coffee to 18 grams of water. So 24 g of coffee would use 432 g of water. So your ratio would be on the weaker side. But the ratio is just a guide. Use what tastes the best for you. I like strong coffee so I use 18.5 g of coffee for 200 g of water. About twice as strong as yours.
